CONGRATULATIONS TO MAREE EVANS FROM SUGAR VALLEY GOLF CLUB!
Maree recently won the Australian Deaf Golf Championship at Barwon Heads in Victoria and has been selected to make her international debut in golf at the World Deaf Golf Championship in Mie, Japan in October. Marie, who is profoundly deaf, picked up her clubs 13 years ago and plays competition regularly on the West Wallsend course and some weekend in Sydney with fellow deaf NSW golfers.
